Description

Who We Are

The 4M story is likely one you haven’t heard before: We are on a mission to unlock access to the world below us, to do for the world below ground what Google Maps did for the world above. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we are mapping the subsurface infrastructure to make reliable, real-time utility data accessible to the construction industry - completely transforming a traditional industry. We’re a growing startup with currently 100 employees, based in Tel Aviv, Israel and Austin, Texas.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to help us shape intuitive, effective products for the complex world of infrastructure data.

You’ll design user-centric SaaS experiences, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to drive clarity, simplicity, and strong execution in a data-rich environment.

You’ll report directly to our Design Lead and become a core member of a fast-moving, impact-driven design team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end feature design: from early sketches through wireframes, flows, visual design, component building, and developer handoff.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and leadership to refine requirements and ship real solutions.
  • Analyze customer needs using feedback and data.
  • Contribute to and extend our evolving design system (Figma + coded components).
  • Handle real-world UX challenges: data-dense screens, maps, layering, edge cases, empty states, and responsiveness.
  • Prioritize simplicity and usability in complex workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of UX/UI experience designing SaaS platforms (web-first).
  • Strong portfolio showing structured UX thinking and clean, usable UI.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, component variants, and design systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with PMs and engineers, balancing speed and quality.
  • Comfort working in an environment that values clarity, critical thinking, and incremental improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing with or around maps (GIS, mapping software, visualization tools).
  • Familiarity with B2B workflows, enterprise users, or field-service applications.

Please submit your CV with your portfolio.
