UX\UI Designer

Gini Apps is looking for UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will be responsible for translating complex concepts into user-friendly designs while ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all platforms. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and design solutions, with a focus on user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Proven experience working directly with clients: gathering requirements, presenting design solutions, and incorporating feedback into final deliverables.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
