About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective distribution of products and the achievement of sales targets within the assigned area. You will play a key role in driving business performance, collaborating closely with the sales force, and ensuring that the company’s objectives are met efficiently.
What You Will Do
You will identify opportunities for growth across the 3UEN: brand development and portfolio expansion, working to elevate the company’s market position. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of activities planned for the assigned area and managing sell-out, coverage, distribution, and DOI (Days of Inventory) within your zone. A significant part of your responsibilities will include monitoring and evaluating the performance of the sales force (FFVV), ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to meet business goals.
Additionally, you will work with the Area Executive to schedule training plans based on identified needs, promoting continuous learning and development for the sales team. You will ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines, while maintaining high standards of performance. Regular tracking of competitor activities and market conditions will be required, with timely reporting on factors that may impact your zone’s performance.
Active participation in scheduled meetings with the sales force will be expected to ensure alignment and drive consistent results across your region. You will be expected to manage your responsibilities with a strong adherence to the company’s guidelines, focusing on maximizing sales potential and maintaining an excellent relationship with stakeholders.
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum education of High School or a Technical degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level) is required. Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in mass consumer goods, having worked as a sales representative or field promoter, preferably in mass distribution companies. You must reside in Lima to be considered for this position.
