GDIT is seeking a Account Growth Director for its Technology Shared Services (TSS) sector. The GDIT TSS team is a horizonal organization that supports all four of GDIT’s divisions (FedCiv, FedHealth, Defense, and Intelligence) delivering professional services, managed services, and differentiated capabilities. You will lead TSS’ growth engine by partnering with all four division growth teams to support new and recompete opportunities. In addition, you will support organic growth by partnering with GDIT program teams to staff and deliver technical resources and solutions. You will own the development of a pipeline & support capture strategies including business solutions for pursuit of opportunities; identify GDIT potential programs/customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and prices-to-win, and participate in bid and proposal activities. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of growth and strategy development, new business development, and customer relationship management across all levels. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to play a leadership role as we work together to create the Next GDIT and apply the breadth of resources available to critical technology and mission challenges.
