We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead, Business Process Management. The Team Lead, Business Process Management will lead and support Wealth Enhancement’s process and organizational maturity initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This individual will collaborate with functional areas to analyze current state processes, identify inefficiencies, and support process redesign projects to optimize performance and uncover new opportunities. Additionally, they will document all Wealth Enhancement procedures to ensure clarity and standardization, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the budgeted salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $105,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions
Training & Manage the Documentation Team
Create positive relationships and project kick-offs with SMEs from all WEG functional areas
Work with documentation team to ensure output is clear, follows process documentation standards, and is completed in a timely manner.
Assist with coordination of projects with functional department SMEs
Manage Cobee contract and all upgrade and new feature opportunities
Liaise with IBM management team in furthering of the documentation initiative
Vendor Relationship Management
Develop ongoing relationships with all 3rd-party vendors that provide services to the BPM Team, including:
Contract renewals
Conference opportunities
Educational opportunities for Team members
Proof of Concept coordination & project management
New Outsource Workstreams (permanent & SWAT)
Liaise with Department Leads and Agile PMs to coordinate discussions regarding new outsourced workstreams
Develop training decks as needed
Deliver training to outsourced vendor resources
Represent BPM on vendor status calls and meetings
Administrative Functions (ad hoc)
Support Governance efforts with communication and document collection & updating
Coordinate department meetings with SMEs and project leads
Build agendas for Team meetings, coordinate follow up actions, manage department interactions
Assist with PowerPoint decks for delivery of information to ELT and Board members
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics or related
10+ years in Financial Services, process management, project management or other related
3+ years direct staff supervision responsibilities
Ability to train others, coach, mentor & provide feedback
Experience working with teams as a lead or workflow coordinator
Exceptional account management/vendor relationship management skills
Strong attention to detail
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Team Lead is $79,800.00 to $119,700.00.
