Essential Job Functions
Phone Support – take inbound calls from our team to assist in help desk related issues.
Correspond electronically with other teams to resolve issues and escalate incidents.
Learn valuable insight into how the organization works and the impact each TM has on our success or failure as a whole.
Leverage our service desk software and asset management platform.
Learn advanced skills and take on projects and responsibilities to further your career.
Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities
Advanced understanding of Windows Operating systems.
Strong knowledge of software suites, such as Microsoft Office.
Soft skills for working with people of different backgrounds and skillsets.
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Problem Solving skills.
Desire to be an active member of a phenomenal team.
Good organizational skills.
Good attention to detail.
1-3 years of experience.
Associates degree in Networking or CIS.
Experienced with software applications and their general use.
General understanding of test design and testing methodologies.
