Healthcare background or related degree strongly preferred
Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems required
Advanced MD experience highly desired
Proven track record working remotely with US medical practices
Excellence in patient communication and customer service
Strong understanding of medical terminology
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality
HIPAA compliance knowledge required
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Available during US Eastern Time business hours
Minimum 2 years of medical office experience preferred
