Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating patient care for new treatment modalities including TMS and IV therapy
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Facilitate smooth communication between patients, providers, and staff
Support the practice’s growth initiatives through efficient administrative management
Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive patient experience from first contact through follow-up care
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or medical office setting
Demonstrated expertise in medical scheduling and insurance prior authorization processes
Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and medical privacy requirements
Excellent phone manner and professional communication skills
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Experience with medical office software and scheduling systems
