Job Description

Take on an exciting role as a Lead Generation Specialist in a dynamic, tech-driven environment where you’ll utilize advanced mapping technologies and property databases to identify opportunities in the prestigious Los Angeles real estate market. This position offers a perfect blend of strategic research and relationship building, as you’ll be the first point of contact with property owners in some of LA’s most desirable neighbourhoods. You’ll work with cutting-edge digital tools while developing valuable skills in the real estate and property improvement sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic property research across Los Angeles neighbourhoods using advanced mapping tools
  • Analyse and identify properties that match specific improvement criteria
  • Navigate specialized databases to source accurate property owner information
  • Execute professional outreach calls using provided communication frameworks
  • Document findings and maintain detailed records of property research
  • Track and organize all property owner interactions in company database
  • Collaborate remotely with the US-based team to refine research methodologies
  • Contribute insights to improve the property identification process


Requirements
  • English proficiency with neutral/American accent (essential)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation
  • Proficiency in using Google Maps/Earth and similar digital tools
  • Professional phone manner and confident communication style
  • Experience with data research or property databases (preferred)
