The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of executives in the region to promote technology adoption in hospital and home settings, driving additional business through upselling/cross-selling solutions, and establishing processes for enabling remote patient monitoring in hospitals and homes.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of executives in the region to promote technology adoption in hospital and home settings
Drive additional business through upselling/cross-selling solutions
Understand hospital workflows and integrate solutions accordingly
Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions for nurses, doctors, and patients
Develop strong customer relationships and brand recall
Establish processes for enabling remote patient monitoring in hospitals and homes
Address operations escalations in hospitals with the support of operations executives
Create opportunities for brand marketing and presence in hospitals
Ensure timely payments from partner hospitals
Provide regular updates to management and sales teams on device usage

2+ years of experience in sales/operations
Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel to hospitals extensively, including those affected by Covid
Proven ability in building and managing client relationships
Prior experience in leading a team
6 days work with 1 rotation week off
