Key Account Manager

Location: Kochi (Remote role)

Salary: Up to 80k per month in hand

A leading remote patient monitoring with AI-based early warning systems and connected bed technology company is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team in Kochi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of executives in the region to promote technology adoption in hospital and home settings, driving additional business through upselling/cross-selling solutions, and establishing processes for enabling remote patient monitoring in hospitals and homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of executives in the region to promote technology adoption in hospital and home settings
  • Drive additional business through upselling/cross-selling solutions
  • Understand hospital workflows and integrate solutions accordingly
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions for nurses, doctors, and patients
  • Develop strong customer relationships and brand recall
  • Establish processes for enabling remote patient monitoring in hospitals and homes
  • Address operations escalations in hospitals with the support of operations executives
  • Create opportunities for brand marketing and presence in hospitals
  • Ensure timely payments from partner hospitals
  • Provide regular updates to management and sales teams on device usage

Requirements
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales/operations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel to hospitals extensively, including those affected by Covid
  • Proven ability in building and managing client relationships
  • Prior experience in leading a team
  • 6 days work with 1 rotation week off
