We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Water Hygiene Technician to join our team based in Bournemouth. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary £24,088 - £25,103 per annum.
About the role:
As our Experienced Water Hygiene Technician, you will be carrying out legionella control tasks for our customers (this includes water temperature checks, water system dosing, shower heads and TMVs servicing and other water hygiene tasks), most sites based in the South of England, we are looking for engineers based in either of the following locations (Taunton, Devon, Basingstoke, or Wokingham.
What you’ll be doing:Undertaking regular temperature checks, flushing and sampling monitoring and keeping records on customers’ properties and sitesUndertaking more complex cleaning and disinfecting of hot and cold-water systems and cooling systemsUndertaking TMV and Shower Heads Servicing and maintenanceUndertaking fault finding on customer sites where issues are identified and implement corrective actions to enable a first-time fixWorking with the scheduling team to ensure all jobs are efficiently and productively planned, completed and loaded correctly onto the mobile equipment Effectively communicating with customers and colleagues to ensure all on site contract requirements are met to the customers satisfaction Escalating any missed tasks immediately and any concerns or compliance issues in a timely fashionWhat we are looking for:Educated to GCSE, grade A-C or equivalent Proven exceptional customer service skillsLevel 2 NVQ Plumbing is desirableWater Hygiene knowledge is desirable, however no previous experience necessary as full training will be providedWhat's in it for you:
