Hiring for Immigration Consultant Service 

Job Description:

Are you a tech-savvy, versatile digital expert who loves managing multiple tasks and working with the latest AI tools? We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Operations VA to handle a wide range of responsibilities, from content creation and website management to automation and administrative support. You will play a key role in streamlining processes, enhancing our online visibility, and allowing the business to serve clients more effectively. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a small, growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & SEO:

  • Conduct a research on immigration trends and news (using AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Write engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts and long-form content.
  • Publish and format content on our WordPress website using Elementor.

Website Management:

  • Perform regular updates and maintenance on our WordPress/Elementor website.
  • Troubleshoot and fix minor technical issues or structural problems.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
  • Design eye-catching graphics and posts using Canva.
  • Assist with creating scripts and potentially producing/editing short videos (phone footage or using AI tools like HeyGen).
  • Support the promotion of potential future podcast content.

Automation:

  • Build, manage, and optimize automation scenarios using Make.com (or similar platforms) to streamline workflows (e.g., client intake, email list updates).

Email & Admin Support:

  • Manage email inquiries and potentially assist with initial client assessments.
  • Prepare and send periodic email newsletters.
  • Manage email lists, including manual CSV uploads as needed.
  • Explore and potentially implement basic client management processes.

AI Tool Utilization:

  • Leverage various AI tools for content generation, graphic design, video creation, and productivity enhancement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
  • Essential: Strong proficiency with WordPress and Elementor.
  • Essential: Demonstrable experience with automation platforms, specifically Make.com (or willingness and ability to learn it quickly based on experience with similar tools like Zapier).
  • Essential: Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and content marketing.
  • Experience managing professional social media accounts.
  • Familiarity and comfort using a range of AI tools (please specify any you regularly use in your application).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Bonus Points For:

  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Experience supporting podcast production/promotion.
  • Experience setting up or managing simple CRM systems.

Other Details:

Location: Karachi

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Timing : Flexible working hours, but some overlap with Canadian business hours (Eastern Time Zone) may be needed for collaboration.
