Position Summary:

The ERP Implementation Specialist is responsible for the ongoing implementation, configuration, optimization, and integration of Zoho as the core enterprise platform, along with its associated ecosystem of tools. This permanent role supports the fulld digital infrastructure of the organization, ensuring scalable, efficient systems across operations, finance, guest experience, inventory, and property management. The role is hands-on and deeply technical, involving coding, process documentation, and cross-platform integration.

Key Expectations/General Responsibilities

1. Core Zoho ERP Platform (40%)

  • Implement, configure, and maintain all relevant Zoho modules, including but not limited to:
  • Zoho CRM
  • Zoho Books
  • Zoho Inventory
  • Zoho Projects
  • Zoho People
  • Zoho Analytics
  • Customize workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting tailored to the companys operational and strategic needs.
  • Manage role-based access and data security within the Zoho ecosystem.
  • Perform advanced configuration and scripting using Deluge, APIs, and custom functions.

2. Integrations & External Modules (60%)

  • Oversee system integration between Zoho and the following platforms:
  • Pricelabs (dynamic pricing and revenue management)
  • Tidy or similar cleaning manager software (cleaning and facilities coordination)
  • Enso Connect (smart lock or IoT device integration)
  • Channel Manager / SiteMinder (OTA connections, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia)
  • PMS (Property Management System, if separate from Zoho)
  • Voice System (telephony or VOIP platform integration)
  • Other platforms as needed
  • Maintain API-level connections, synchronization scripts, and automation across systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data flow and optimize performance.
  • Work with stakeholders to address operational needs, including generating reports, extracting data, customizing views, and responding to ad hoc requests.

3. Technical Configuration & Documentation

  • Develop and maintain:
  • Integration scripts and configurations
  • System architecture mapping
  • Logging and error-handling mechanisms
  • Create and update detailed user manuals, technical guides, and process documentation to support long-term system scalability and onboarding.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with company IT and data governance standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Atleast 3 years of successful ERP implementation experience
  • Proven background in Zoho ERP implementation and customization.
  • Strong experience in system integration, API usage, and automation.
  • Ability to code using Deluge, JavaScript, and/or related languages used in Zoho and integration scripting.
  • Familiarity with hospitality, real estate, or property management systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong documentation, training, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with Pricelabs, Tidy, Enso, PMS, SiteMinder, and VOIP systems is a plus.
