Manual QA Engineer

Asquad - Ukrainian Fintech Company is looking for a proactive, ownership-driven Middle/Middle+ Automation QA Engineer to join the QA team. The ideal candidate can independently drive quality assurance from requirements to release, ensuring features are stable, performant, and thoroughly tested across edge cases.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web services;
• knowledge of JSON, HTML/CSS;
• hands-on experience with Rest API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.);
• familiar with Jira, Confluence;
  
• strong understanding of the theory of testing;
• solid experience in writing test documentation;
• well-organized and detail-oriented;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• strong ability to quickly learn complex functionality and integration points with a self-starter attitude.

Will be a plus:

• experience in payment systems testing, integrations with payment providers, etc.;
• expertise in reviewing requirements;
• experience in analyzing logs;
• experience in using MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
