SAIC is looking to hire a Training Analyst to join our Knowledge Management Team within the AI and Data Portfolio. This role will support the KM team, who oversee development, managing and sharing informational materials regarding our solutions within the Digital Innovation Factory and the larger SAIC enterprise.
This is a fully remote job that can be worked anywhere within the U.S with travel that can be expected to be less than 10% of the time.
This role will play a pivotal role in creating a documentation and training materials around the AI & Data Portfolio's technical capabilities and products through presentations, how-to guides, informational videos and other content tailored for diverse internal and external stakeholders, as well as a strategy for how those artifacts will be captured and disseminated within the company. This role will be supported by a team of solutions engineers to provide specialized subject matter and portfolio expertise to assist multiple internal teams in solutioning and writing for areas like capture and sales support in alignment with the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality documentation, including technical manuals, how-to guides, and solution overviews that capture the portfolio's capabilities and align with portfolio and enterprise strategic priorities.
Develop training materials including short video presentations, course outlines and training presentations which support outreach and education regarding the portfolio's solutions.
Develop reusable templates and content to streamline writing development.
Collaborate within the portfolio and across other teams and portfolio areas to ensure cohesion across Digital Innovation Factory Solutions Engineering efforts.
Qualifications
Required Education
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Bachelor's degree in a training related field, or another applicable field. Master's degree preferred.
Required Experience
Three (3) or more years of professional experience in developing and delivering training materials or courses.
Proven experience developing and presenting training courses, preferably in a technical field.
Hands-on experience with technical research, writing documentation, and preparing training materials.
Target salary range $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
