As a Lead CIAM Engineer, you will combine advanced technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data while providing a seamless experience across all touchpoints. You will manage third-party partner and vendor relationships, fostering collaboration and ensuring that technical decisions align with CIAM standards and best practices. This role combines your technical and leadership capabilities to drive initiatives that improve Specsavers CIAM posture globally, ensuring that customers have secure and frictionless access to the services they rely on.


In this role, you will lead CIAM related initiatives, focusing on customer identity management, access control, and authentication. You will collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement target state CIAM patterns and standards.


Your responsibilities will include overseeing all CIAM related work carried out by third-party partners to ensure quality delivery, security best practices, and alignment with business goals.

You will Develop and maintain CIAM roadmaps, aligning priorities with business objectives, security requirements, and customer experience needs. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, identifying opportunities to enhance CIAM processes and services.
