About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reward Specialist to join our team. You will support the Senior Reward Manager, Europe & USA in the effective delivery of the annual reward processes and projects. Analysing data and providing clearly articulated insights and guidance that drives better decision making on pay and benefits. This role would be suited to someone who is currently working at a Junior Reward Partner level and looking to advance their career.

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will be analytical, with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks including proficiency with modelling and data analysis with the ability to present insightful recommendations on what the data shows. You’ll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Integrity and discretion are essential, as you’ll be handling sensitive data related to employee compensation. If you are a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and stays up to date with industry trends, we’d love to hear from you!
