We’re looking for a Sourcing Lead to guide and empower our team of talented sourcers. You’ll play a key leadership role in shaping our sourcing strategy, ensuring we’re always two steps ahead in finding exceptional tech talent. This is not just about filling roles, it’s about setting the gold standard for sourcing excellence. What you’ll do:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 talent sourcers,
  • Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations,
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the fast-paced tech industry,
  • Build relationships with potential candidates through networking, referrals, etc,
  • Work closely with Client Managers and Client Engineering Managers to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans,
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruiting.


To succeed in this role, you bring


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years as a sourcer or recruiting coordinator in the tech space.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team.
  • Solid knowledge of the tech industry and common sourcing channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • A sharp eye for potential and a sixth sense for matching talent to opportunity.
