The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of the partner ecosystem and manage the day to day execution and management of the channel program. Responsible for evaluating partner program effectiveness and providing analysis recommendations to management. Responsible for ensuring the Partners are skilled in the right areas and able to achieve the goals set each quarter and fiscal year.
Duties & Responsibilities
Proactively runs partner scorecards monthly to ensure tracking ahead of revenue goals; creates action plan to address any issues
Helps partners identify lead generation activities and target account selling strategies
Develops and maintains relationships with regional sales directors and global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives
Works as a liaison with Professional Services, Alliance Program, Sales Operations and other cross functional teams to support and resolve issues
Owns lead management of approvals not in pipeline and proactively contacts partners weekly to drive advancement
Proactively makes calls on authorizations and trainings for cloud acceleration.
Supports recruitment of partners by delivering onboarding and coordinates with Epicor University,
Sales, Support, Product Marketing, Customer Support among other cross functional teams.
Works with partners to ensure account retention, growth and customer satisfaction.

Ability to work autonomously with technical products and office applications
Ability to manage effectively and efficiently multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent customer service and presentation and verbal communications skills.
Qualifications
3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
High school diploma.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
