Are you a tech-savvy leader with a passion for architecture and a drive to make a real impact? Pinnacle Pet Group (PPG) is looking for a Chief Architect to lead our architecture practice and drive our technology strategy across the group.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in enterprise architecture (EA) work, from business capability modelling to application rationalisation and tech transformation. You’ll translate business strategy into a killer architectural vision, working closely with senior leaders, IT teams, and even external partners.

What you’ll do:

Lead and mentor a collaborative architecture team, fostering innovation and growth.
Define and implement an enterprise-wide architecture strategy aligned with our business goals.
Drive application and technology portfolio management, identifying efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
Establish governance, standards, and risk management frameworks.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, building strong relationships across the business.
Champion innovation, exploring emerging technologies like cloud, automation, and data-driven solutions.

What you’ll bring:

Extensive experience in enterprise architecture and leading architecture functions.
Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Solid understanding of business capability modelling, application rationalisation, and technology portfolio management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and enterprise application landscapes.

Bonus points for:

Knowledge of insurance or financial services tech.
Experience with digital transformation, business process optimisation, AI, data analytics, and automation.
