Job description

Overview

The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing programs that drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and accelerate sales pipeline growth. This role will focus on leveraging HubSpot for marketing automation and Salesforce for CRM to execute multi-channel campaigns, optimize lead workflows, and improve marketing-to-sales alignment.

This role will be critical in the development of ALTOUR’s B2B strategy with the goal of being a recognized market leader in global business travel. The ideal candidate should be able to develop engaging content and campaigns to attract and retain corporate customers and expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.

This role will support ALTOUR’s wider business strategy, creating marketing and sales materials that bring to life the key features, benefits, sales messaging for ALTOUR products and services. The Content Marketing Manager will work seamlessly and collaboratively with the broader sales and marketing teams, Leadership, and Product Development groups.

Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy

  • Develop, execute, and optimize B2B demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, content, and social channels.
  • Own HubSpot marketing automation workflows, email nurture sequences, and lead scoring models to increase conversion rates.
  • Implement ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies using HubSpot and Salesforce to target high-value accounts.
  • Leverage SEO, paid search (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and social media marketing to drive qualified traffic and leads.

Lead Generation & Nurturing

  • Design and manage lead acquisition strategies through landing pages, gated content, and paid media campaigns.
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing programs in HubSpot, segmenting audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement.
  • Optimize the lead scoring model in HubSpot to enhance lead qualification and ensure seamless handoff to sales.
  • Work closely with sales teams using Salesforce to refine lead handoff processes and improve sales enablement.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Analyze HubSpot, ZoomInfo and Salesforce data to track marketing campaign effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Implement A/B testing on email campaigns, landing pages, and ad creatives to improve performance.
  • Generate and present performance reports and insights to key stakeholders, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with Marketing team colleagues to develop compelling assets that drive engagement.
  • Work closely with sales teams using ZoomInfo and Salesforce CRM to align on lead qualification criteria, follow-up cadences, and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for paid media, events, and other marketing initiatives.

Essential

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Expertise in HubSpot for marketing automation, including email workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, PPC, social media, and SEO.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on marketing performance using HubSpot and Salesforce dashboards.
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency, outstanding project and time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including writing and editing marketing copy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated strong communication/sales skills with a variety of audiences.

Desirable

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, integrating marketing and sales processes to track leads and pipeline impact.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Proficiency in WordPress or other Content Management Software
