Job description

We are an iGaming company that was founded more than 4 years ago by a group of passionate professionals, and today we are 1300+ people!

We have 10 own brands that are very popular among customers and are focused on Tier 1-3 countries.

Responsibilities:

Full manual walkthrough on the user's path;
Video recording of all actions with comments;
Providing feedback on interface, UX, loading speed, localization;
Comparative analysis of experience on competitive platforms (usability, payment methods, visuals, etc.).;
Checking all payment methods: convenience, availability of commissions, limits;
Help in identifying bugs, blockers and technical limitations;
Suggesting improvements based on user experience.

Requirements:

Critical:

Availability of Chilean or Peruvian IP (resident or regular user);
Availability + ability to purchase new Chilean and/or Peruvian phone number(s);
Experience testing and funding and playing on popular iGaming platforms (Betano, ApuestaTotal, Coolbet, etc).;
Screen recording skills on a phone and/or computer;
Willingness to follow instructions and checklists;
Attention to detail and willingness to comment on each step.

Will be a plus:

Experience participating in UX tests, castdev or focus groups;
Understanding of basic gameplay and casino/betting marketing features;
Ability to formalize the results of the work in a table/document;
English at an intermediate level (for communication with supervisors).
