Reporting to our General Counsel, you will be part of a highly efficient and knowledgeable team in partnering with our multiple global business groups to provide proactive legal advice, including commercial, corporate, governance, and regulatory legal support globally.

The posted salary range is a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate of what WiseTech Global could reasonably expect to pay for this position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs. The Company reserves the right to modify this range in the future, as needed, as market conditions change.

Pay range for this role

$150,000—$200,000 USD

Your Expertise

• Highly accomplished legal professional with 10+ years of post-admission experience, ideally with in-house legal expertise.
• Exceptional business judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, complemented by a self-motivated approach and the ability to work autonomously with high accountability.
• Comfortable advising the business on novel legal issues facing our business, including in foreign jurisdictions (with the help of local counsel).
• Significant depth of experience in corporate work, commercial negotiation, and contract drafting.

As an ASX listed business, we would make good use of previous experience within a listed company, and the global nature of the way we work would benefit from languages in addition to English.
