B2B Sales & Partnerships Associate

Location: Remote

At Capital Placement, we connect talented students and graduates with businesses across London, New York, and Singapore for internships. We're looking for a B2B Sales & Partnerships Associate to help us grow our network of employer partners and ensure every internship we offer is as impactful as it is inspiring.

For the 4000+ companies we work with, our model is simple. We provide access to a global pool of pre-vetted candidates who are actively seeking exciting internship opportunities and have passed our rigorous screening process.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify, onboard and build relationships with companies across all sectors for our international internship programs..
  • Match high-potential interns with the right companies, ensuring a great fit for both sides.
  • Work closely with our global team to manage the full internship lifecycle — from introduction to placement.
  • Be a key voice in shaping the future of work experiences for young professionals globally.


Who You Are

  • You have 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or a similar client-facing role.
  • You're a confident communicator who can build trust with business leaders across cultures.
  • You’re driven, organised, and enjoy working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
  • You’re passionate about global opportunities, early-career development, and purposeful travel.
