We’re on the lookout for a talented Promo Writer with expertise in both Hindi and English—someone who not only has a deep love for the language but also knows how to use it to create magic on screen. Whether it’s a gripping trailer, a punchy teaser, or an on-air promo that makes people stop and watch, we want your words to leave a mark.

Requirements:

Strong command over both English and Hindi; should be comfortable crafting compelling narratives in both languages. Prior experience writing for English shows or a deep familiarity with English novels, films, or OTT content is preferred.
Experience in writing short stories, scripts, or screenplays with a flair for storytelling that hooks readers in limited word count
Background in filmmaking or screenwriting is a strong advantage—should understand visual storytelling, sound, editing, and adopt a “writer-first” app roach
Prior experience as a Creative Producer, Assistant Creative Producer, Executive Producer, or in assisting directors—particularly with exposure to writers, directors, and editors—is a plus and highly desirable Writing experience is non-negotiable
Experience in on-air promotions or post-production in OTT/media is a plus. Bonus if the candidate has worked with book promotion agencies, ghostwriting, or has been active in professional writing communities.

Responsibilities :

Develop compelling short- and long-form promotional content to market Pocket Novel books across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more
Collaborate closely with video and audio teams to bring promotional campaigns to life with engaging visuals and sound
Monitor creative performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on user engagement data and analytics
Select books for promotion by analyzing market trends and aligning with the content preferences of both existing and potential users.
