Job description

Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.


Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading IT Product and services firm is looking to engage with a Consultant: Amazon Marketing Manager in overseeing and optimizing marketing strategies on the Amazon platform to drive sales and brand visibility. This includes managing advertising campaigns, optimizing product listings, and analyzing performance metrics to improve results.


Key responsibilities

1) Campaign Management:

-Creating and optimizing Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other advertising campaigns to reach the right customers and achieve desired results.

2) Product Listing Optimization:

Ensuring product listings are compelling, well-optimized for search, and include high-quality content (images, descriptions, etc.).

3) Data Analysis and Reporting:

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and providing regular reports on campaign performance.

4) Account Management:

Maintaining relationships with Amazon seller support and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and resolve any issues.

5) Budget Management:

Managing marketing budgets effectively and ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

6) Competitive Analysis:

Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to refine marketing strategies.

7) Testing and Experimentation:

Conducting A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance.

8) Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Working with other teams within the company, such as product management, sales, and customer service, to achieve shared goals.


Duration- 6 months (on-going engagement)

Capacity- Part- time

Location- Remote (Preference for Delhi NCR candidate)


Skills Required

  • Experience in Amazon Advertising: Understanding of Amazon's advertising platforms, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other ad types.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to clearly communicate ideas, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions.
  • Understanding of Customer Behavior: Knowledge of Amazon's customer base and how to effectively reach them through marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Technologies: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and other relevant technologies.
