About the Role:

Join ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist dedicated to a strategic client in the renewable energy sector. You will source top talent across the EMEA region, focusing on building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for various white-collar and blue-collar roles. This role requires experience in sourcing candidates for both types of positions and a deep understanding of the EMEA market.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Recruiting Teams to align on job requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize internet searches, social media, and competitor research to find passive candidates.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess candidates.
  • Maintain candidate data in relevant systems (manual and ATS).
  • Share best practices and provide consultative support to Recruiting Teams.


What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and screening for RPO projects in the EMEA region.
  • Experience with blue-collar roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in engaging passive candidates, networking, and utilizing internet sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn direct search, Boolean search, and social media.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
