Job Description:

As an RA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance and managing regulatory registrations for our technical files. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date regulatory knowledge and ensuring that all our products meet the necessary regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and ensure regulatory compliance for all products.
  • Set up and manage regulatory registrations for technical files.
  • Stay current with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards.
  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents to appropriate authorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are integrated into product development processes.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal teams.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and communicate them effectively within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree (WO) in a relevant field.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs, preferably within the [relevant industry/sector].
  • Excellent analytical skills with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
