🕰️Hours: 34 average per week 📅Shift pattern: a 4 week rota, between the hours of 06:00 and 00:00 with 2 weekends off per month( see picture below for example - this is not the hours that you will necessarily work.)
💸Salary: £21,764.08 per annum (£12.31ph) starting rate rising to £21,993.92 per annum (£12.44ph) upon successful completion of probation. 📍Location: Remote📆Start Date : 30th of June 2025🎓Training commitments: You will need to be able to commit to a 4 week training plan of 30 hours a week as follows: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 14:30 (this includes a 30min unpaid break)

About You 👇
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and have the ability to sympathetically communicate with a distressed caller.
You have had a minimum of a years experience in a call centre environment dealing with customers and have worked remotely.
A good general standard of education is required, but we believe that within the right core values and training that you could thrive in this role.
This is a rewarding role where trust is key. But it can also be tough - so you’ll need to be resilient too! You’ll also need the drive to meet personal targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
