Content Writer (Fintech)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating high-quality content tailored to a Native American technical decision-maker audience and internal communications. This role requires a deep understanding of payments, banking, fintech trends, technologies, and business needs, along with the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage and inform our target audience.

The ideal candidate will have a solid IT/Software background, ensuring a deep understanding of complex technical concepts and their effective representation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Research, write, edit, and proofread a variety of content, including:

• Blog posts, articles, and whitepapers
  
• Case studies and website copy
  
• Social media posts and marketing materials
  
• Internal communications, including leadership emails and corporate announcements
  
• Develop content strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights.
  
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, Presales, CoE and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with business messaging.
  
• Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
  
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all content.

· Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the fintech industry.

· Strong understanding of fintech solutions, including payments, digital banking, and financial infrastructure.

· Experience writing for a Native American technical decision-maker audience.

· Experience with internal communications, including drafting executive communications.

· Excellent research skills and ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.

· Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance metrics.
