We have an exciting full-time opportunity in Editorial Content department: we are looking for Editorial Writers for Bright Side Editorial team to bring us fresh perspectives!

Job responsibilities:

Look for ideas for own articles and sends for Idea Expert's evaluation OR works on ideas pitched by editorial finders;
Write articles according to the editorial guidelines and checklists. The supervisor is involved in articles production process provide mentorship to improve the performance of articles;
Be responsible for coming up with article presentation ideas, text or choosing visual part (order and buying of pictures);
Follow current rules and editorial updates (checklists, guidelines, instructions);
Check sources of materials, executes fact checking while writing an article, cooperate with other departments (LI, Photoshop, fact-checking team);
Meet our deadlines (normally it's 1–3 days for one article; for reworks - 4 days);
Meet the goal of producing at least 16 articles per month;
Take part in editorial educational events (webinars, master classes, schools) to boost their competency level.

Requirements:

Advanced level of English;
Quick learner;
Knows the latest trends on social media;
Knows how to search and find something – authors, original links, and so on;
Knows how to determine whether this or that online material is successful (understanding the importance of the number of likes, views and shares).
