Job description

At Be | Shaping the Future Poland we are looking for a Business Acceptance Tester.

Responsibilities:

Business Acceptance testing for Risk IT applications/systems. The main task includes creating and executing test models using the full system landscape with focus on risk systems based on the business requirement specification and ystem Specification
Play a key role in the implementation phase, especially with coordination and execution of business user tests
Creation of automated test scripts using the proprietary test automation framework

Required skills:

Minimum of 5 years experience working in the financial domain as Business Analyst or Business Acceptance Tester in Financial services Applications/systems e.g., financial infrastructure provider or financial services company in the exchange traded and over the counter derivatives Products preferably in Equity or fixed income Derivative instruments
Knowledge of quantitative risk management for financial and nonfinancial derivatives
Especially pricing/valuation of financial derivatives like Options/Swaps, Fixed Income instruments like Bonds, Energy derivatives
Technical Experience in using Database Applications like TOAD, MS Access, SQL developer and basic scripting experience
Familiarity with SQL databases (Postgres, Oracle, MySQL)
Good communication skill with proficiency in written and spoken English

The following skills will be a plus:

Certification(s) related to financial market infrastructure, risk management etc.; preferably completion of FRM
Competence in a scripting language Python including knowledge of pandas. Hands on experience in Spring Boot application testing
Working experience in Data Modelling, Data warehousing and Data platforms design, GCP, Databricks, Data Lake, Operational Data store and DWH concepts
Understanding of Agile Methodology & experience with software delivery management tools like JIRA
