Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer specializing in paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest) to drive strategic, high-performance advertising campaigns for our fashion and beauty clients. You’ll lead campaign strategy and execution, manage budgets autonomously, and collaborate closely with PPC specialists, creative strategists, and other marketing experts.

You’ll be client-facing, confidently explaining insights, presenting performance analyses, and proactively offering creative solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns focused on Meta and TikTok, with additional platforms including Snapchat and Pinterest.
  2. Lead autonomously on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting campaign performance.
  3. Clearly communicate strategies, insights, and results directly to clients.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally within project teams to ensure cohesive growth strategies and execution.
  5. Demonstrate proactive ownership: identifying issues early and jumping in with solutions.
  6. Constantly test new approaches, analyze data, and iterate for performance improvement.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years managing performance-focused Meta advertising campaigns.
  2. 2+ years experience with TikTok advertising management.
  3. Strong knowledge of Shopify and its analytics tools.
  4. Excellent copywriting and data-driven decision-making skills.
  5. Proficiency with Google Sheets, Asana, and Slack.
  6. Fluent spoken and written English.
  7. Located in a European time zone with availability from 10 am - 6 pm CET.
