Job description

Company Overview:
Our client currently operates five successful locations in Oregon, with plans for expansion in the near future. We are seeking a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to help manage daily administrative operations and provide organizational support across multiple stores.

Role Overview:
We’re hiring a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to a growing Crumbl franchise group. The VA will help manage email communication, donations, data entry, scheduling, accounts payable, and other key administrative functions. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize inboxes; respond to and flag priority emails
  • Track and manage community donation requests and follow-ups
  • Support data entry, export, and reporting tasks
  • Assist with weekly and monthly scheduling for staff and store operations
  • Coordinate with other franchisees and teams as needed
  • Learn and navigate scheduling and HR platforms with minimal guidance
  • Provide ongoing general administrative support and help improve workflow organization

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (customer-facing communication required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solver who can manage tasks independently
  • High level of tech proficiency; able to learn and work with tools quickly (scheduling systems, HR platforms, email platforms, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work across U.S. time zones, particularly Pacific Time (PT)
  • Prior experience as a VA, admin assistant, or operations support role is a plus
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a can-do attitude

Benefits

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $800–$1,200/month
