Job description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to support digital marketing efforts, especially in the legal or professional services industry. The ideal candidate is experienced in content creation, campaign management, and marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation
    • Design visuals and videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Social Media Management
    • Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Email & SMS Marketing
    • Create and manage campaigns via Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Instantly.
  • SEO & GMB Support
    • Assist with Google Business Profile optimization and implement SEO best practices using tools like Ahrefs and Surfer SEO.
  • Website Support
    • Update and maintain website content on WordPress or WebFlow.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track performance metrics and provide marketing reports.
  • CRM & Communication Tools
    • Manage workflows and communication through HubSpot (preferred), Aloware, Zoom, and Google Workspace.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (bonus points for background in legal or professional services)
  • Skilled in graphic design using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Business Profiles and basic SEO
  • Experience managing projects and reporting on marketing performance
  • Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.


System and Work Setup Requirements:

  • A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
  • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
  • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
  • A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
