🌍 A strong player on 10+ markets globally

👨🏻‍💻 Beloved workplace for hundreds of specialists from 34 countries

We are now growing our team and looking for driven professionals ready to build their careers in a strong, international studio with a product that’s making waves worldwide.

🎨 As a Spine Tech Artist, you’ll become a key link between art and tech — ensuring our animations not only look great but perform flawlessly across platforms.

📈 Here’s How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Analyse and resolve animation issues — incorrect names, broken textures, misaligned layers — before they become problems
  • Optimise Spine assets for efficiency without sacrificing quality, developing shared solutions for common elements
  • Update and adapt animations to new visual or technical needs while preserving original flow and gameplay integrity
  • Build Spine templates for smooth project onboarding and future reuse
  • Maintain and enforce best practices: clean naming, logical layering, effective documentation

💪 What Makes You A Strong Candidate

  • Solid experience with Spine2D, including skins, events, constraints, and animation integration into game engines (preferably PixiJS)
  • Strong technical mindset — able to spot issues in asset structure, naming conventions, or export artifacts before they hit production
  • Confident in asset optimisation: from mesh vertex count reduction to texture atlas scaling for peak mobile performance
  • Clear understanding of animation-engine workflows (JSON, atlases, masking logic)
  • Comfortable navigating both creative and technical animation tasks — from syncing audio with gameplay to integrating new VFX layers
  • Committed to clean, maintainable Spine project structure and upholding naming/documentation standards
  • Experience with UI and character animation — from button highlights to full slot mechanics — is a major plus!

❤️ Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Budgets for personal growth, wellness, and professional development
  • Development days and free English classes
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and flexible work options
