Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Portfolio Officer who will join a long-term project for our client, a leading global company in the pharmaceutical industry, working on a major business transformation program.


What you will do

  • Support the PMO team in delivering a project wave within a strategic transformation program.
  • Ensure project management practices align with program goals, timelines, and governance requirements.
  • Coordinate activities related to system architecture, integration, and remediation in the context of SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
  • Identify risks and provide technical and process support to ensure timely system readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with teams responsible for Partner System Readiness across a global landscape.


What we are looking for

  • Experience working in PMO or as a Project Portfolio Officer in large-scale IT or business transformation projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level).
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SAP systems (e.g., S/4 HANA).
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
  • Understanding of quality, manufacturing, or supply chain processes.
