As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across our customers within the Scotland region.
Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will work closely with the National Account Managers as well as the wider Bridor sales and technical teams.
You will be responsible for developing successful and profitable relationships with existing customers including Michelin Star Restaurants, High end Hotel Groups, Coffee Shops, Foodservice Wholesalers and Fine Food Distributors.
In addition, this role will have a focus on developing new business opportunities and opening new trading relationships within your region.
Profile
The successful candidate for this position will be operating in a field sales position within a food / FMCG environment.
This experience can either be gained within a food manufacturing business or foodservice wholesale environment.
You will have a proven track record of developing sales and building strong customer relationships within the Foodservice / Hospitality sector, ideally high-end experience and with direct relationships with Chefs.
You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in order to build relationships internally and with your customers.
The successful candidate will be a well organised team player with the drive, motivation and enthusiasm to achieve sales and delivering success for Bridor.
