Responsibilities

Daily administration and support of Salesforce application including user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
Provide support and triage for Salesforce users
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports when approved and coordinated with other development.
Provide remote technical support across the Mac and Windows platforms.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Active Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, Marketing Cloud Developer, and Application Architect.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including custom development and system integrations.
Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Shield, Salesforce Lightning components, and integration methods (REST, SOAP, etc.).
Strong functional experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud and Omnichannel.
Excellent communication skills; must be able to explain complex technical solutions clearly to business and non-technical stakeholders.
