Job description

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team

  • Serve as the strategic architect of WebPT’s GTM operations function, aligning cross-functional teams and GTM motions to optimize growth, efficiency, and retention.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary GTM Ops team, including Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, Revenue Analysis, and Contract Management—prioritizing clarity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Build and maintain robust analytics infrastructure to support GTM decision-making, including forecasting models, performance dashboards, funnel analytics, retention metrics, and ROI attribution.
  • Drive Salesforce and CPQ design and governance, ensuring quoting, pricing, discounting, and approval workflows are scalable, accurate, and optimized for deal velocity.
  • Own automation and systems integration across the revenue tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Outreach, Clari, Drift, Chorus, Terminus), reducing manual touchpoints and increasing data reliability.
  • Partner with Finance on annual planning and forecasting, including territory design, quota and comp modeling, capacity planning, and budgeting.
  • Design and maintain a GTM metrics framework that enables proactive insights and prescriptive actions across the revenue funnel—from lead gen to expansion and churn prevention.
  • Improve data quality and process discipline within Salesforce and other core systems to ensure the GTM Org and Finance teams can rely on consistent, trusted insights.
  • Evaluate and evolve the revenue tech stack, ensuring tools are fit-for-purpose, cost-effective, and fully integrated to support scale and agility.
  • Champion operational excellence through repeatable, documented, and continuously improved processes that drive clarity and accountability across teams.

What You Should Have to Qualify

  • Demonstrated leadership of GTM RevOps at scale—you’ve built or transformed GTM Ops functions that at growth-stage SaaS businesses and have 10+ total years in RevOps or business operations, ideally during periods of rapid growth or transition
  • Salesforce CPQ power user and architect—you’ve owned CPQ configuration, quote-to-cash process design, and pricing model implementations with a deep understanding of dependencies across Finance, Legal, and Sales.
  • Fluency in revenue analytics and forecasting methodologies, including cohort-based retention analysis, CAC/LTV modeling, pipeline health diagnostics, and lead attribution frameworks.
  • Strong operator instincts paired with analytical rigor—you know how to define a GTM problem, scope a solution, model the impact, and lead cross-functional execution.
  • Proven ability to support Customer Success organizations—you’ve partnered closely with CS leadership to drive retention and expansion—developing lifecycle playbooks, customer health scoring models, and process automation that supports scale and consistency across the customer journey.
  • Experience leading tech stack overhauls or integrations—you’ve been the point person for revamping core GTM systems (e.g. migrating CRMs, integrating new tools, or consolidating platforms post-acquisition).
  • Track record of driving automation across GTM Ops—you’ve eliminated friction and increased scale through smart automation in areas like approvals, renewals, campaign tracking, or usage-based billing readiness.
  • Ownership mindset—you bring accountability to budgeting, resource allocation, and return on effort; you think in tradeoffs, not tasks.
  • Trusted cross-functional leader—you’ve earned a seat at the table with CROs, CFOs, and CMOs through credibility, clarity, and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Ideally, You Would Also Have These

  • Experience in B2B Healthcare technology and selling to SMB end markets
  • Experience self-serving data analytics, whether through direct SQL / Python queries or building dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
  • Graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related analytical field
  • Experience managing a Deal Desk function
  • Experience serving Customer Support and / or Implementation teams
