Job Description

Tanner Chidester owns a company called Elite Ceos (eliteceos.com) that has generated over $115 million in sales and worked with over 50,000+ clients over a 6 year window.

We are looking for a highly skilled videographer/content manager to come in and help run the content show. You will be shooting, managing editors, and most importantly, creating content ideas to help manage the CEOs content, brand, and company content.

The #1 thing we are looking for is someone with experience growing big personal brands and EXTREMELY creative. Tanner is looking for you to have creative ideas for content, NOT have him come up with the ideas for you. He will help as much as he can, but he is busy running the business on a daily basis.

Tanner wants to grow all his social channels and work with someone who doesn't mind being with him 24/7. You will be spending a lot of time with Tanner and need to be okay with that.

Must be willing to relocate to wherever he lives. Right now he resides in Miami Florida, but he is currently state hopping to see where is the next place he is going to live.

He is unsure where he will end up but most likely in texas, florida, arizona, or las vegas. You must be willing to relocate there. If you can't relocate, please don't apply.

While he is state hopping you are allowed to stay with him in whatever airbnb or hotel he is at. He likes to live in places for 1-2 months before committing to moving there full time. He will be in texas starting May 14th 2025.

We will supply you with a team of 12+ editors that can carry out your vision and help you grow tanners brand to new heights.

If you are not experienced or a creative thinker this isn't for you. Tanner wants someone who is on top of their game and can grow brands.

Key responsibilities

- Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that engages the audience.

- Take long form content and be able to piece together and splice attention grabbing short form content

- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects

- Consult with team members from production to post-production process

- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor

- 3 years minimum of experience in Post Production (Editing)
