Job description

Ibex is seeking a resourceful, energetic and articulate Recruiter who will be part of a high performing Talent Acquisition team responsible for sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing and hiring the right talent for high-volume agent recruitment needs across various lines of businesses and hiring profiles within IBEX. The ideal Recruiter executes recruitment strategies daily, including but not limited to brand advocacy, advertising, community partnerships and social networking. The Recruiter also partners with Recruiting manager to facilitate large-scale recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking and internal recruiting tools to source and fill open positions with highly qualified talent.
  • Employ strategies to meet daily and weekly recruitment targets in a fast pace, dynamic environment
  • Ensure alignment of recruiting activities with business goals, process compliance and hiring objectives.
  • Consult with leadership, operations and training teams to understand job profiles and hiring expectations to carry out targeted recruiting campaigns.
  • Review and screen resumes.
  • Conduct phone, in person or video conference interviews.
  • Host job fairs and informational sessions.
  • Report daily on the recruiting activities, challenges and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum Associate Degree or College Coursework in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience with high volume recruitment preferred
  • Experience in a call center environment is required.
  • Experience with icims or similar applicant tracking system is a plus
  • Must possess technical aptitude including proficiency in using MS Office suite, Google Suite, social media platforms and teleconferencing applications
