Duties And Responsibilities
Communicate with customers by email, letter, fax, and telephone.
Assist account holders in maintaining their accounts in good standing.
Setup recurring payments and process one-time payments.
Establish commitments to pay from account holders.
Research credit worthiness.
Investigate payment information supplied by carriers to clear shortages.
Enter credit memos.
Communicate with our delivery drivers.
Follow standard work.
Reduce the volume and number of aging balances.
Complete ownership of customer account status.
Add late fees or interest to delinquent accounts.
Document correspondence with customer.
Escalate customers to outside collections.
Successfully manage customer accounts with balances larger than $100,000.
Manage customer accounts with specialized invoicing and payment procedures.
Account setup and maintenance functions, as necessary
Candidate must reside in North Carolina.
