Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement various Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze HR functional requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
  • Participate in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations including requirement gathering, system design, data conversion, testing, and go-live support.
  • Perform gap analysis between existing HR processes and Oracle HCM Cloud best practices and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in setting up security roles, approval workflows, and HCM Extracts.
  • Conduct testing including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues in Oracle HCM modules.
  • Develop end-user training materials and deliver training sessions for HR staff and stakeholders.
