Highlights:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and values. Work with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.

Remove obstacles that impede the team's progress. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. Support the team in delivering high-quality increments every sprint.

Identify areas for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions. Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello to manage workflows. Stay updated on Agile trends and participate in Scrum Master communities.
