Responsibilities:

  • Configured and implemented multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
  • Partnered with business stakeholders to gather and analyze HR functional requirements, translating them into effective Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
  • Contributed to end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, data migration, system testing, and go-live activities.
