As a Creative Production Designer, you'll help refine and adapt marketing materials, social media graphics, digital assets, and other branded content, ensuring everything aligns with the brand guidelines.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Execute high-volume creative iterations while maintaining strict brand consistency.
Collaborate closely with the in-house design team to refine marketing and digital assets.
Ensure all designs meet the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
Provide flexible support with workload demands, leveraging time zone differences for overnight production when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Studies: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia design, creative production, or a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
Technical Experience: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Perks:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Central Standard Time). Work schedule will follow the American calendar.
Contract: Independent Contractor
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to $1,000.00 (salary negotiation is based on skills and experience)
