As we expand our global presence, we are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join us as the E-commerce & Marketplace Manager.

Position Overview: The E-commerce & Marketplace Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our online sales channels across various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces worldwide. This position requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global e-commerce and marketplace strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate new e-commerce opportunities, platforms, and technologies to enhance the company's online presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with key e-commerce partners, including but not limited to Amazon, Alibaba, eBay, and regional marketplaces, to optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising tactics to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry developments to stay ahead of market trends and identify potential threats or opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, policies, and guidelines in relevant markets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists to drive excellence and achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in global e-commerce and marketplace management, preferably in the consumer goods or pet food industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective e-commerce strategies.
