Position Overview: The E-commerce & Marketplace Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our online sales channels across various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces worldwide. This position requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive global e-commerce and marketplace strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of e-commerce initiatives.
Identify and evaluate new e-commerce opportunities, platforms, and technologies to enhance the company's online presence and drive revenue growth.
Manage relationships with key e-commerce partners, including but not limited to Amazon, Alibaba, eBay, and regional marketplaces, to optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising tactics to maximize sales and profitability.
Monitor competitive landscape and industry developments to stay ahead of market trends and identify potential threats or opportunities.
Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, policies, and guidelines in relevant markets.
Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists to drive excellence and achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
