NSPA is NATO's lead organisation for multinational acquisition, support and sustainment in all domains.
NSPA is a customer-funded agency, operating on a "no profit - no loss" basis.
The Agency employs over 1,500 people and it is based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with main operational centres in France, Hungary, The Netherlands and Italy.
Providing functional and operational management to the personnel assigned to the Branch, in accordance with the priorities and the guidance provided by the PM and in coordination with the responsible managers of the embedded functional staff
Managing the designated programme of works, including time and resource planning aspects under the priorities set by the PM and in accordance with the mandate of the customers and the applicable directives, Operating Instructions and Operating Procedures
Analysing, planning, providing control and assistance, and maintaining close interface with other NATO elements and stakeholders when requested by the PM and in execution of specific requirements of the customers and/or NSPA senior management
Performing reporting functions to decision-making authorities at NATO HQ, Allied Command Operations (ACO) and National Ministries of Defence (MODs), as assigned
Ensuring fulfilment of requirements, projects, services and tasks in line with approved scope, time, budget and quality whilst maintaining a transparent approach to the customer and minimising risks
Administering contracts within the limits of delegated authority.

POST DETAILS
Basic monthly salary: EUR 10 872.71, tax free.
This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.
