Job description

  • Salary: $600-$700/month
  • Benefits: monthly paid leaves, paid lunches, paid US holidays
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm MT (11pm - 8am PH), full-time, and long-term work


We are looking for a Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant who will perform basic bookkeeping, data entry, and clerical tasks to join our growing team!

Someone who can assist in maintaining and encoding real estate property management related records such as utility bills into an accounting software, and other administrative tasks as needed including:

  • In-depth web research
  • Cycle billing, monitoring meter changes, and keeping files and records up-to-date
  • Creating and maintaining billing spreadsheets
  • Billing Reconciliation
  • Customer Service and liaising with vendors as needed
  • Other administrative responsibilities over time


To be successful in this role:

  • You must have atleast 1-2 years of accounting and admin experience
  • You must have experience using Quickbooks, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • You must have an available scanner/printer
  • You must always be online 99% of the time during work schedule - have a stable internet connection with atleast 10Mbps speed, and with minimal to no electricity / power issues
  • You must be available during US business hours and must be comfortable working graveyard shifts
  • You’re 100% fully available, have no current open contracts with other employers, and you must be free from other work commitments


Some nice to have(s) but not required:

  • Accounting-related bachelor’s degree
  • Experience using an accounting software or app
  • Customer service background
  • Real estate property management experience
